The Kannada film industry super star Upendra is back with the 2nd movie of the year titled Super Ranga ready to hit the floor. Being remake of the blockbuster hit Telugu movie Kick, Super Ranga has got amazing response from audience on its first day especially. Kannada rights of the film were first procured by N Kumar to make a film with Sudeep. The film did not happen and the rights fell on the lap of Manju and now it has released over around 200 screens in the Kannada region. With Uppi’s 46th birthday falling on the released date, it got amazing response on first day in comparison to the second but anyhow second day income report is also mind blowing. Total first day collection of Super Ranga was 1.15 Crore & second day’s collection is around 1 Crore.  Featuring Upendra and Kriti Kharbanda for first time, this film will definitely set new trend on Kannada screens.
