Around 2 weeks before we experienced one of the most hyped and awaited battle between the two films namely Bang Bang and Haider which both released on same day near Gandhi Jayanti. Both the films were high on audience expectations and now we will discuss the performance and collection of both these films.

Bang Bang by far is director Siddharth Anand’s highest grossing film ever out beating his previous release Anjaana Anjaani. He is very satisfied with what his film has done in around 2 weeks journey. Bang Bang maintained its reputation and end up its round 2 week release period with excellent remarks everywhere. On the other hand Haider which is the story based movie did good job but not outstanding. Film has been liked by the audience pretty much but overall Bang Bang took the lead performance and audience response wise.

If we talk about both films from collection point of view then, Haider is surpassed by Bang Bang. As total box office collection of Bang Bang is much more than Haider Collection till date so it is clear that Bang Bang is the leading one among the two. But it does not mean that Haider is not a good or successful film, Shahid Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor starrer Haider is still running successfully on Bollywood Box Office. Although Haider second weekend box office occupancy was estimated at 30-35% on box office screens and Bang Bang was higher at these figures but still both the films have done satisfactory business according t their budgets and hypes.

This clarifies that bang Bang has a big lead over Haider but on the whole both films have performed nicely and won audience applauds.
