YRF’s Thugs Of Hindostan Goes on Floor from June 5

For the first time, megastar Amitabh Bachchan and superstar Aamir Khan are set to share screen with each other. Yes, Yash Raj Films’ next venture Thugs Of Hindostan brings both the stars together and it also stars Katrina Kaif and Fatima Sana Shaikh in lead roles.

Yesterday on May 29, the well known journalist Taran Adarsh shared the official logo of the film ‘Thugs Of Hindostan’, which looks similar to the logo of American web series Game Of Thrones. It gives a feel of an epic action adventure film, and generated huge buzz among fans as well as audience.

Thugs Of Hindostan is being directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya aka Victor, who had already worked with Aamir and Katrina in Dhoom 3. Reportedly the film is scheduled to be released on Diwali 2018 and ready to go on floor from June 5 in Malta, the country in Europe known for historic sites.

The spokesperson of YRF told, “This ambitious film that brings together Amitabh Bachchan and Aamir Khan for the first time, will begin to shoot aboard two specially constructed, massive ships, that are currently docked by the Maltese seaside. Thugs of Hindostan will begin filming on these ships that have been built for over two months,”.

Revealing more about the film’s sets in Malta, director Vijay Krishna Acharya said, “The set of the film is in a high-security water zone, with restricted access. Both these ships have been built in the early eighteenth-century style when vessels would carry cannons and other weapons,”.

“An international crew has been hard at work creating these elaborate ships in Malta. Most of the portions filmed on board these ships involve high octane action,” he added.
