Veere Di Wedding Stars Sonam Kapoor & Kareena Kapoor, 18 May 2018 Release

Veere De Wedding that was announced last year in June, has once again hit the headlines with it’s first look poster which reveals the faces of leading cast. Directed by Shashanka Ghosh, it’s a female-buddy comedy drama stars Sonam Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Swara Bhaskar and Shikha Talsania in lead roles.

As title suggests, Veere Di Wedding entirely revolves around a wedding event. Reportedly it is set around Kareena Kapoor whose marriage gets fixed with a guy played by web series Permanent Roommates’ fame Sumeet Vyas, and her three girlfriends Sonam, Swara and Shikha.

A day after the release of it’s teaser poster i.e. on October 25, Sonam Kapoor took to twitter to share the first look poster of Veere Di Wedding with her fans. She tweeted, “Saade #VeereDiWedding is fixed. Aana zaroor 🙏 #GetReadyForVeereDiWedding #SaveTheDateMay182018”.

The picture features all four actresses Sonam Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor, Swara Bhaskar and Shikha Talsania in a mood of celebration wearing sherwani & pagdi. Being the first collaboration of Sonam & Kareena, the movie is buzzing since the time of announcement and now the poster has created more buzz.
