102 Not Out, Omerta & Naa Peru Surya Naa Illu India 3rd Day Box Office Collection

The most anticipated Hindi offering of this week, Amitabh Bachchan and Rishi Kapoor starrer 102 Not Out has passed the opening weekend on a fair note at the domestic box office. Despite a slow start and the last week released Hollywood biggie Avengers Infinity War, this slice-of-life comedy-drama has got succeed to divert audience.

Directed by Umesh Shukla, the one who has also given OMG- Oh My God! in 2012, expectedly 102 Not Out has received mostly positive reviews from the critics as well the audience for its heartfelt story-line, delightful performances by the actors and the proficient direction.

On the opening day, it took a slow start but maintained a decent momentum from evening shows onwards and did the business of 3.52 crores. With a solid jump over the weekend, 102 Not Out minted the amount of 5.53 crores on Saturday & 7.60 crores on Sunday. With this, it has raised the first 3-days collection to 16.65 crores.

While the second Hindi film, Rajkummar Rao starrer crime drama Omerta has also received positive reviews and showed an uptrend over the weekend but still remained low. Hansal Mehta’s directorial did the business of 0.54 crore on Friday, then with a healthy growth, it minted 1.09 crore on Saturday & 1 crore on Sunday and raised its 3-days total to 2.63 crores.

On the other hand, superstar Allu Arjun starrer the much-awaited Telugu film Naa Peru Surya Naa Illu India has expectedly received an overwhelmed response from the fans globally. From the critics as well, it has got positive reviews for the power-packed actions and performance by Arjun.

On Friday, NSNI opened on an excellent note and collected the shares of 16.25 crores from the Telugu states. By remaining solid throughout the opening weekend, it raked 5.25 crores shares on Saturday and 5.90 crores on Sunday. With this, the total collection of Vakkantham Vamsi’s directorial from Andhra Pradesh & Telangana in 3-days has become 27.40 crores shares (40 crores gross).
