10th Day Collection of Badhaai Ho: Takes a healthy growth in the 2nd Weekend as well!

After a super-successful opening week, Ayushmann Khurrana & Sanya Malhotra starrer Badhaai Ho is getting a solid response in its second weekend as well. Despite a bunch of new Hindi offerings at the box office, the movie is heading unaffectedly and still remains the first choice of the audience across India.

Directed by Amit Sharma, quirky comedy-drama Badhaai Ho has got succeed to entertain many in theaters and gained a very good word of mouth. As a result, it remained strong throughout the opening week and emerged the highest grossing movie of Ayushmann’s career so far.

After a good start on day-1, it took a healthy jump over the 4-days extended weekend and did the business of 45.70 crores that included 7.35 crores on Thursday, 11.85 crores on Friday, 12.80 crores on Saturday & 13.70 crores on Sunday.

Then on weekdays, at a rock-steady note, Badhaai Ho managed to rake 5.65 crores on Monday, 5.50 crores on Tuesday, 5 crores on Wednesday & 4.25 crores on 2nd Thursday. After the 8-days extended week, the movie’s total was recorded at 66.10 crores.

Now Junglee Pictures & Chrome Pictures’ presentation is on the second weekend and once again witnessed a solid jump in footfalls. On 2nd Friday, with a drop of 20% than the previous, it minted the amount of 3.40 crores.

On the next day i.e. 2nd Saturday, Badhaai Ho took a remarkable jump of 94.18% and garnered the business of 6.60 crores. With this, the total collection of the movie after 10 days, has become 76.10 crores. Also now it has emerged the 14th highest grosser of the year so far by surpassing Dhadak (74.17 crores).
