11th Day Collection of Veere Di Wedding, Kareena-Sonam’s Film Holds Well on its 2nd Monday

After a successful first week, Veere Di Wedding has passed its second weekend as well on a strong note and now entered on weekdays with a good pace. Despite mixed audience reviews, poor IMDb rating, and being an ‘A’ certified, this female-buddy comedy showed an excellent performance so far at the box office.

Produced by Ekta Kapoor & Rhea Kapoor, surprisingly Veere Di Wedding has got succeed to pull major audience toward the theaters across the country. From the critics, it has received mostly positive remarks for the bold & solid performances by the actors but the story has nothing to comment on.

In the first week, Shashanka Ghosh’ directorial registered the business of 56.96 crores on a fantastic note, that included 36.52 crores of the weekend and 20.44 crores of weekdays. Now the movie is running in its second week and once again passed the weekend strongly.

On its 2nd Friday, Veere Di Wedding did the business of 3.37 crores after a drop of 17% than the previous day. Then with a healthy growth in footfalls, it minted the amount of 4.51 crores on 2nd Saturday, and 4.84 crores on 2nd Sunday despite having biggies Kaala & Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom in the opposite.

On the next day i.e. 2nd Monday, Kareena Kapoor & Sonam Kapoor starrer faced a drop of around 40% than Friday and bagged the amount of 2.03 crores. With this, the total collection of VDW after 11 days has become 71.71 crores at the domestic box office.
