19th Day Box Office Collection: War Enters the 300-Crore Club with its 3rd Weekend

After a couple of blockbuster weeks, director Siddharth Anand’s latest offering War has passed its third weekend also at a strong note. Despite a bunch of new Hindi releases, it has still remained the first choice of viewers across the country and joined the 300-crore club including all three languages.

Superstar Hrithik Roshan, Tiger Shroff, and Vaani Kapoor starrer Hindi action thriller has expectedly created a solid impact on viewers with its thrilling storyline and jaw-dropping action. From critics as well, it has received mostly positive reviews and gathered a strong word of mouth.

At an exceptional note, War had registered a massive opening business and become the biggest Hindi opener of all time. Over the extended 9-days week, it did the business of 238.35 crores with 166.25 crores in 5-days weekend and 72.10 crores in weekdays.

In the second week as well, Yash Raj Films’ production had maintained a solid pace and raked the business of 49.65 crores that included 33.30 crores in the weekend and 16.35 crores in weekdays. Then it had started the third weekend also at a steady note and minted the amount of 3.05 crores on 3rd Friday.

On 3rd Saturday, War had picked up well and bagged the amount of 4.70 crores. On the next day i.e. 3rd Sunday, with a further jump, the film has scored 6 crores and raised its 19 days total collection to 301.75 crores nett including 287.90 crores from Hindi and 13.85 crores from Tamil & Telugu.
