2 Weeks Total Collection of Massu Engira Masilamani : 14th & 15th Day Report

Suriya starrer latest Tamil & Telugu movie Masss which is titled as Massu Engira Masilamani in Tamil & Rakshasudu in Telugu; was released on 29th May 2015. The movie has completed its 2 weeks journey at box office and performed very well through out. The stardom of Suriya is the main reason behind the success of the movie because the movie got mixed reviews from audience and even after that collected good amount.

In its first week, Masss has done the business of around 56 crores* from its Tamil, Telugu & English version. In second week it faced little bit competition due to the release of new Tamil movie Kakka Muttai which is appreciated by audience. But still Masss maintained its performance to a good rate and collected around 12.40 crores*.

Yesterday being its 14th day of release, so the occupancy was not so high but normal and the movie has raked amount of around 1.05 crore* and made its total 2 weeks business to 68.40 crores*. Still there is no big movie from Tollywood to be released till next 2 weeks, so Masss is still having advantage of being solo at South Indian Box Office.

From today, Masss has entered in its third week. Now only limited audience is left to watch the movie, as it already completed its 2 weeks. As per the received reports, the occupancy of its 15th day is just an average and estimated collection is around 0.80 crore.

On 26th June 2015, the very much awaited movie Rudhramadevi is going to be released after much delay. There is so much hype already raised for the movie among audience. The movie is expected to dominate entire box office after release, so there will be no space left for Masss then.

The performance of the movie has already come near 1 crore in a day and in coming days more drop is expected. We hope Masss would be able to collect more in next 2 weeks, to break any previous record of Tamil cinema.
