4th Day Collection of Shubh Mangal Saavdhan, Ayushmann-Bhumi Starrer Passes Monday Trial Decently

This Friday released quirky romantic comedy Shubh Mangal Saavdhan has made a good place in the heart of audience, like Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pednekar’s first collaboration Dum Laga Ke Haisha did in 2015. Directed by R.S. Prasanna, it is based on an adult subject but still enjoyable for family audience as well.

Presented by Eros International and Colour Yellow Productions, Shubh Mangal Saavdhan has received mixed reviews from critics but most of the audience has found it entertaining and reacting in favor. As a result the movie completed the opening weekend on a good note despite an average start.

On the opening day, Ayushmann-Bhumi starrer got an average start due to having a biggie Baadshaho in opposite and did the business of 2.71 crores from 1400 screens nationwide. The opening business is very low obviously but higher than Ayushmann’s last movie Bareilly Ki Barfi.

On the next day i.e. Saturday due to Eid holiday and positive word of mouth, Shubh Mangal Saavdhan took an impressive jump and minted the amount of 5.56 crores. With further growth on Sunday, it collected the amount of 6.19 crores and made it’s opening weekend domestic total 14.46 crores.

Now the movie has been entered in weekdays and asusual started getting lower footfalls in theaters but still has decent hold over audience. On Monday, Shubh Mangal Saavdhan got little lower response than Friday and raked the business of 2.53 crores. After 4 days of release, total collection of the movie has become 16.99 crores domestically.
