6th Day Collection of Jagga Jasoos, Ranbir-Katrina starrer Fails to Stay Steady in Weekdays

After showing impressive growth over the weekend, Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif starrer Jagga Jasoos got failed to stay steady in weekdays and witnessed abrupt drop in footfalls across the country. Due to unnecessary big budget, weekdays are very crucial for it to be on safe side, but nothing is going well.

Directed by Anurag Basu, this musical adventure was released with decent hype despite high star power, as getting delayed several times partly took away the excitement of moviegoers. Although fans showed good support and helped it to register strong weekend.

Jagga Jasoos started the journey on a decent note at box office but recorded fair growth over the weekend due to partly favorable word of mouth and registered the good business of 33.17 crores, that included 8.57 crores of Friday, 11.53 crores of Saturday and 13.07 crores of Sunday from 1800 screens.

Now Ranbir-Katrina starrer running in weekdays and getting lower response at box office. On Monday, it faced the abrupt drop of 53% than Friday and did the business of 4.05 crores. With further dip on Tuesday, it managed to collect 3.48 crores.

Then on the next day i.e. Wednesday, Jagga Jasoos reported more drop and collected the amount of 3.05 crores and raised it’s 6 days total collection to 43.75 crores at domestic box office. With the performance movie showed so far in weekdays, it seems to be flop at box office.
