Among the new three Hindi releases of this week, the one with lowest star power Pal Pal Dil Ke Pass is leading over the other two Prassthanam and The Zoya Factor. Although all of them have got failed to break the spell of holdover titles Dream Girl and Chhichhore which are still running excellently at the box office.
Directed by Sunny Deol, the Hindi romantic drama introduces his son Karan and Sahher Bambba in the lead roles. With a mixed word of mouth, the film had raked the business of 4.15 crores in the opening weekend that included 1.15 crore on Friday, 1.35 crore on Saturday & 1.65 crores on Sunday.
Now on weekdays, Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas has recorded a significant drop and did the business of 0.60 crore on Monday & 0.55 crore on Tuesday. On the next day i.e. Wednesday, it has managed to collect 0.50 crore and raised 6 days total collection to 5.80 crores nett at the domestic box office.
On the other hand, Sanjay Dutt starrer Prassthanam has also received mixed reviews and did the business of 2.75 crores in the weekend. On weekdays, after a usual drop, it minted 0.45 crore on Monday, 0.40 crore on Tuesday & 0.35 crore on Wednesday. With this, its 6 days total collection has become 3.95 crores nett.
In parallel, Sonam Kapoor and Dulquer Salmaan Khan starrer The Zoya Factor had scored 2.30 crores in the weekend with a mixed word of mouth. Now on weekdays, it is running at a poor note and minted 0.20 crore on Monday, 0.15 crore on Tuesday & 0.15 crore on Wednesday. After 6 days, its total collection has become 2.80 crores nett.
