Raabta and Behen Hogi Teri 6 Days Total Collection at Domestic Box Office
Sushant Singh Rajput and Kriti Sanon’s first collaboration was released with good buzz but recorded lower occupancy in theaters than expected. The movie gained much hype with it’s trailer and music, but unfortunately itself got failed to impress critics as well as audience after the release.
Despite crackling chemistry of Sushant and Kriti, the confused storyline of Raabta disappointed most of the viewers and received unfavorable reviews from them. As a result, the movie failed to take show growth over the weekend.
Dinesh Vijan’s directorial started the journey at box office on a decent note and did the business of 15.93 crores in the opening weekend, that included 5.61 crores of Friday, 5.11 crores of Saturday and 5.21 crores of Sunday.
Now it is running in the weekdays and getting lesser footfalls in theaters than before. With around 55% of drop than Friday, Raabta managed to collect 2.53 crores on Monday and 2.25 crores on Tuesday from 1820 screens.
On the next day i.e. Wednesday, it recorded heavy drop and raked the business of 1.50 crore. With this, 6 days total collection of Sushant-Kriti starrer has become 22.21 crores at domestic box office.
On the other hand, Rajkummar Rao and Shruti Haasan starrer romantic comedy Behen Hogi Teri also got failed to attract audience toward theaters. In the opening weekend, it fetched the business of only 1.29 crore from 757 screens, that included 0.32 crore of Friday, 0.45 crore of Saturday and 0.52 crore of Sunday.
On Monday, with 50% of drop than Friday Ajay K. Pannalal’s directorial minted the amount of 0.16 crore and 0.15 crore on Tuesday. On the next day i.e. Wednesday, Behen Hogi Teri reported more drop and scored 0.13 crore, to make it’s 6 days domestic total as 1.73 crore.
