7th Day Collection: ‘Drishyam’ Performed Decently in its 1st Week

The Ajay Devgn, Tabu & Shriya Saran starrer last Friday released Hindi thriller movie Drishyam has completed its first week at box office. It has performed very decently in this week as expected before its release. Drishyam is remake of Malayalam movie that was already made in various languages, that was the main reason behind average hype of the movie at box office. After release everyone found the movie very interesting and gripping, which made it collect decent figures.

7th Day Collection: 'Drishyam' Performed Decently in its 1st Week

Almost all critics have rated the movie with 3.5 or 4 stars out of 5 and also shared positive opinion about the movie on social media. All these created very positive environment for the movie and helped it to make reputed total in one week. From today, new Bolywood satirical comedy movie Bangistan is releasing which is not much high but better hype than Drishyam. So the journey of Ajay Devgn starrer in coming week will become more complex to cover.

As a total business at box office in one week, Drishyam has collected approx. 46.28 crores that includes 8.50 crores of Friday (plus Thursday), 9.40 crores of Saturday, 12.13 crores of Sunday, 4.05 crore of Monday, 4.50 crores of Tuesday & 4.10 crores of Wednesday. On the last day of its first week, the movie has done the business of around 3.60 crores as its 7th day collection from Indian screens.
