7th Day Collection of Bareilly Ki Barfi, Kriti-Ayushmann-Rajkummar Starrer Earns 18.72 Crore in 1 Week

Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari’s directorial recent offering Bareilly Ki Barfi has completed it’s one week journey at domestic box office on a decent enough note despite an average opening. The movie showed fair growth over the opening weekend and remained steady in weekdays as well.

Kriti Sanon, Ayushmann Khurrana and Rajkummar Rao starrer this romantic comedy has received mixed reviews from critics due to noneffective script. But the movie got succeed to entertain most of the audience, as a result it reported decent performance in weekdays despite having several adjacent offerings and last week’s Toilet Ek Prem Katha.

Bareilly Ki Barfi witnessed low occupancy on the opening day and did the business of 2.42 crores. Being based on the universal genre that attracts major segment of audience, the movie took unexpected jump over the weekend and collected 3.85 crores on Saturday and 5.03 crores on Sunday.

After the opening weekend, total collection of Junglee Pictures’ presentation was recorded 11.30 crores domestically. Then in weekdays, asusual the movie got lesser footfalls in theaters than before and minted the amount of 1.90 crore on Monday, 2 crores on Tuesday and 1.65 crore on Wednesday.

On the next day i.e. Thursday, with similar response Bareilly Ki Barfi garnered the business of 1.65 crore and raised it’s one week total collection to 18.72 crores at Indian box office. Now from the new week, it will have new releases A Gentleman, Babumoshai Bandookbaaz, Qaidi Band & Sniff in opposite along with TEPK.
