7th Day Collection of DJ Duvvada Jagannadham, Allu Arjun Starrer Passes 1st Week Excellently

Tollywood superstar Allu Arjun’s much awaited Telugu film Duvvada Jagannadham aka DJ was released last Friday with great excitement of fans as well as Telugu audience. As expected it received overwhelmed response from everyone at box office across the country as well as overseas.

Audience found Duvvada Jagannadham very entertaining, also it got positive reviews from most of the critics. As a result, the film took mind blowing start and remained strong throughout the opening weekend, collected 35.35 crores from around 1000 screens across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

Directed by Harish Shankar, this action comedy registered the highest opening of Arjun’s career so far at AP/T box office with 18.40 crores. Due to good word of mouth it managed to stay strong and minted the amount of 8.05 crores on Saturday and 8.90 crores on Sunday.

After an excellent weekend, Duvvada Jagannadham witnessed considerable drop on Monday, but remained steady due to Eid holiday and raked the business of 6 crores. Then with further drops, it added the amount of 4.75 crores on Tuesday and 4.25 crores on Wednesday.

On the last day of week i.e. Thursday, the film recorded little more dip and garnered the business of 3.90 crores. With this, total one week collection of Duvvada Jagannadham has become 54.25 crores from Telugu states alone.

From other south Indian states and international market too, Allu Arjun & Pooja Hegde starrer has reported quite impressive performance and grossed approximately 102.45 crores at worldwide box office in 7 days of release.
