9th Day Collection of DJ Duvvada Jagannadham, Grosses 115 Crore Worldwide

Last week released Telugu action comedy Duvvada Jagannadham of superstar Allu Arjun, is running very well across the country as well as overseas. Being year’s much awaited movie, it was released with huge excitement of fans and audience. As expected it received positive reviews from everyone and gained good word of mouth.

Directed by Harish Shankar, Duvvada Jagannadham stars Pooja Hegde opposite to Allu Arjun and their pair is being loved the fans. Audience found the movie very entertaining, as a result it remained strong throughout the opening week and grossed 102.45 crores at worldwide box office.

In the opening weekend, Duvvada Jagannadham recorded terrific occupancy throughout and did the business of 35.35 crores across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana from around 1000 screens. This was included the highest ever opening of Arjun’s career 18.40 crores of Friday, 8.05 crores of Saturday and 8.90 crores of Sunday.

Then in weekdays too, it remained almost steady and minted the amount of 6 crores on Monday (Eid), 4.75 crores on Tuesday and 4.25 crores on Wednesday. On the last day of week i.e. Thursday, the movie managed to collect the amount of 3.90 crores and made it’s one week total collection as 54.25 crores across Telugu states.

Now Duvvada Jagannadham has been entered in it’s second week and once again enjoying the weekend. On second Friday with little drop than previous day, it minted the amount of 3.10 crores. On the next day i.e. Saturday, the movie showed decent growth and 3.25 crores at AP/T box office.

With this, the total collection of Duvvada Jagannadham has become 60.60 crores from Telugu states alone. From international market too, the movie is getting quite excellent response and has grossed around 115 crores at worldwide box office.
