9th Day Collection of Jab Harry Met Sejal JHMS, SRK-Anushka Starrer Remains Dull on 2nd Saturday

Second offering of 2017 from the superstar Shahrukh Khan, Jab Harry Met Sejal unfortunately got failed to attain the desired pace and emerged as the biggest commercial disaster of the year. Despite having a solid star power and high pre release hype, the movie didn’t witness much response in first week at box office.

Directed by Imtiaz Ali, Jab Harry Met Sejal is starring Anushka Sharma in lead role opposite to Shahrukh. Both the actors have performed their characters sincerely but the weak script & unbearable music have ruined the entire taste of the movie.

This is the reason, it received mixed reviews from all the critics as well as audience. Infact JHMS hasn’t impressed fans also, which can be easily visible with the regressive performance of it over the opening weekend and weekdays as well.

In the opening weekend, Jab Harry Met Sejal remained below the expectations and flat due to mixed reactions. It did the business of total 45.75 crores, that included 15.25 crores of Friday, 15 crores of Saturday and 15.50 crores of Sunday.

Then in weekdays, the movie faced abrupt dip in business graph and minted the amount of 7.15 crores on Monday (Raksha Bandhan), 2.90 crores on Tuesday, 2.20 crores on Wednesday and 1.75 crore on Thursday.

After a week of release, total collection of Jab Harry Met Sejal was recorded as 59.75 crores from around 3200 screens across the country. Now it is running in the second weekend and has another biggie Akshay Kumar’s Toilet Ek Prem Katha in opposite.

On 2nd Friday, it dropped heavily and raked the business of only 0.75 crore. On the next day i.e. 2nd Saturday being weekend, the movie reported slight rise and added the business of 1.10 crore to it’s account. With this, total 9 days collection of Jab Harry Met Sejal has become 61.60 crores at domestic box office.
