Airlift 28th Day Total Collection, Grosses 127 Cr in 4 Weeks on Indian Screens

Akshay Kumar’s latest collaboration with T-Series ‘Airlift’ completes 4 weeks with commendable performance

Airlift, a true story based film received huge appreciation from audience as well as b-town celebs. The film was released last month on 22nd January, with huge excitement among fans of Akshay Kumar and moviegoers. Today it has completed its 4 weeks journey at box office with tremendous performance through out. Till yet, Airlift has registered many records to the name of Akshay and is holding the second position among top grosser films of his career after Rowdy Rathore. It has also crossed the mark of 200 crores at worldwide box office including shares and set new height for Akshay at global market.

Airlift had reported commendable performance in its first 3 weeks and raked the business of 124.20 crores on Indian screens, that includes 83.50 crores of first week, 28.79 crores of second week and 11.91 crores of third week. In the fourth week, it minted the amount of 1.88 crore* only, that includes 0.51 crore* of Friday, 0.65 crore* of Saturday and 0.72 crore* of Sunday. Till the end of its 24th day, total collection of the film was calculated as 126.08 crores at domestic and 43.52 crores at overseas box office.

In weekdays, asusual witnessed gradual drops and added the amount of 1.33 crore* including 0.43 crore* of Friday, 0.35 crore* of Tuesday, 0.31 crore* of Wednesday and 0.24 crore* of Thursday. Till the end of its 28th day, total collection of Airlift is recorded as 127.41 crores* on Indian box office. Now from tomorrow another true story based heroic film Neerja starring Sonam Kapoor is being released. Let see will it also get similar kind of response as Airlift from audience at box office or not.
