With great hype and audience excitement level, Akshay Kumar starrer movie Baby was get released on this Friday. On the opening day, the occupancy rate of the movie was very low than the pre-release expectations but movie was succeeded in collection good amount. On Saturday, the occupancy increased with some percentage and business also. But the hope of good business with the movie was still live because the reviews and response of critics as well as audience for the movie is mind blowing.

Baby released on around 3300 screens in India, on its very first day collected a decent amount of 9.3 Crores. The amount was obviously very less than the expected figures but the response and craze of audience towards the movie genuinely covered this negative side of the movie at box office.

On its second day i.e. on Saturday, Baby business raised with good amount and closed at 11.17 Crores. On the last day of its first weekend (Sunday), movie gained expected growth and collected 15.60 Crores from Indian screens. These figures made the opening weekend total collection of baby to 36.07 Crores, which is a good amount.
