After having such a favorable opening and first day collection on box office, Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha starrer latest romantic action movie Holiday- A Soldier is Never off Duty has made a marvelous per0frmance till now.  Running successfully in both the weekend, the film even did fantastic on the weekdays too which is a very appreciable fact about it. The movie directed and story written by A.R. Murugadoss and Produced by Vipul Shah has done a superb job in 24 days at the big screen by such phenomenal figures in its account. It has kept the Bollywood cash registers ringing from its opening day till now.  The movie already beat Kangana Ranaut’s movie Queen and become 4th highest grosser movie of the year 2014 in its first week only and now it has surpassed all the records and being termed in the title of Highest Grosser of this year 2014. The movie is running with little drop on box office but movie is collecting decent amounts at box office on its 4th week too. By now it has become the centre of attraction of all the film makers and audience.

Holiday movie has outbreak a trend in Bollywood that a simple movie without much budget or international touch can also perform outstanding and earn handsome money on box office in just 24 days. According to the latest reports received from the critics and film analysts, we have come to know that Holiday is on the position to be the highest grosser of this year 2014 with all due respect and compliments in its favor. The film has done a stupendous trade on domestic markets and collected grand total of 111.48 Crores in 24 days on the big screen since its release day on 6 June 2014. With this figures Holiday has dominated the Salman Khan’s Jai Ho which was 111 Cr.  Now it is very interesting to see the total lifetime business of Holiday as there are much more days to be faced by this film tight now and it can make huge profits  till kits end on the Bollywood screens.
