Andhadhun, Venom & LoveYatri 3rd Day Box Office Collection, Opening Weekend Report

After an average opening, Sriram Raghavan’s directorial Andhadhun picked up very well due to positive feedback and registered a decent opening weekend. Despite having another Hindi movie LoveYatri & American superhero movie Venom in the parallel, it got succeed to divert enough audience toward itself.

Starring Ayushmann Khurrana, Tabu & Radhika Apte in lead roles, suspense thriller Andhadhun has received mostly positive reviews from the critics as well as the audience for its intriguing story-line. On Friday, it recorded an ordinary occupancy in theaters and did the business of 2.70 crores.

On the next day i.e. Saturday, the movie took a remarkable jump and bagged the amount of 5.10 crores. Then on Sunday, with a further growth, Viacom 18 Motion Pictures’ presentation minted 7.20 crores and raised its first weekend total collection to 15 crores nett at the domestic box office.

The second Hindi offering, Salman Khan’s much-talked production LoveYatri has remained almost average over the weekend despite positive reactions from the viewers. On Friday, it did the business of 2 crores, while on Saturday, it collected 2.10 crores. On Sunday, with a decent jump, Aayush Sharma & Warina Hussain starrer raked 2.80 crores and raised 3-days total to 6.90 crores.

On the other hand, Tom Hardy starrer much-buzzed Venom has received good response from the Indian audience. On Friday, at a decent note, it did the business of 4.09 crores. Over the weekend, the movie witnessed a fair growth and collected 5.32 crores on Saturday & 6.20 crores on Sunday. After 3 days, the total collection of Venom has become 15.61 crores nett (20.20 crores gross).
