Baazaar 4th Day Box Office Collection, Saif Ali Khan starrer Passes Monday Decently!

Among a bunch of new Hindi offerings, only the crime drama Baazaar has received a considerable response from the audience despite mixed reviews of critics. Being the biggest release of this week, it got succeed to divert enough crowd toward theaters and registered a decent opening weekend at the box office.

Directed by Gauravv K. Chawla, Baazaar was released on Friday opposite 5 Wedding, Kaashi- In Seach of Ganga, Dassehra & few more films. Due to clutter at the box office and last week’s successfully-running Badhaai Ho, the movie opened on a poor note but somehow managed to collect 3.07 crores after a decent growth in footfalls post noon shows.

On Saturday, as expected, Saif Ali Khan starrer took a fair jump and minted the amount of 4.10 crores. Then on Sunday, with a further growth, the movie collected 4.76 crores and raised its opening weekend total collection to 11.93 crores nett at the domestic box office.

Now Baazaar has entered on weekdays and as usual, witnessed an abrupt drop in footfalls. On Monday, it faced a drop of 45.93% than Friday and raked the business of 1.66 crores. With this, its total collection after 4 days, has become 13.59 crores.

As per the current trend, Nikhil Advani’s presentation is likely to collect around 18 crores in the first week, which is not even decent but better than Saif’s couple of previous films.
