Bobby Jasoos 5th Day Box Office Response

The total 5 days business of Vidya Balan latest Bollywood film Bobby Jasoos though average is huge in comparison of Lekar Hum Deewana Dil in spite of releasing in less number of screens. Bobby Jasoos showed good growth of around 35% on Sunday as the collections showed a big jump in the first weekend end. The film mainly grew in multiplexes dominated areas whereas the growth was very limited in single screen dominated area. The film had a below average weekend considering the budget and all the promotions and its fate will be decided how good it holds up in weekdays but even that looks a difficult task as the collections are at a very low level. While the first day business made it look like Bobby Jasoos had very less chance but with the growth on Saturday and Sunday now it has better chances of surviving at the box office. Now it is the fifth working day for Bobby Jasoos and the film today made a decent performance.

This Tuesday has brought average figures for the film as the occupancy was lesser due to the working day schedule of the viewers and closed down at 86 Lacs. In addition to it, due to low public response for Lekar Hum Deewana Dil, Bobby Jasoos was to face competition from only Ek Villain and it did face it very adversely. Ek Villain has put the lead on box office by defeating the current releases and many other pre released Bollywood films this year. Bobby Jasoos even after having a good script, established actress and entertaining elements still the film is being treated as just an average release with ordinary audience response and normal business on box office.
