17 Days Total Collection of Ae Dil Hai Mushkil (ADHM)

Karan Johar’s directorial Ae Dil Hai Mushkil had showed excellent performance in last 2 weeks but in the third weekend due to demonetization of Rs. 500 & 1000 notes, it has faced much loss and registered decent business. This situation has affected box office badly, which is resulting in poor performances of all movies including new ones too.

Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma & Aishwarya Rai Bachchan starrer Ae Dil Hai Mushkil has been released with huge excitement of fans and as expected received overwhelmed response from audience across the globe. In the opening week, it recorded good occupancy and did the excellent business of 80.19 crores with 35.60 crores of weekend and 44.59 crores of weekdays from Indian market.

Then in the second too, it remained steady and did the business of 24.67 crores including 16.96 crores of weekend and 7.71 crores of weekdays. After 2 weeks, total collection of Ae Dil Hai Mushkil was recorded as 104.86 crores on domestic box office in opposite to adjacent release Shivaay.

Now the movie is running in its third week and reporting lesser audience in theaters because of #NoteBandi. On its 3rd Friday, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil faced usual drop than previous day and did the business of 0.70 crore. Then on Saturday, it received almost similar response and secured the amount of 1.19 crore.

On the last day of weekend i.e. Sunday, the movie has not witnessed much rise and added the amount of 1.51 crores to its account as priorities of people are different these days. With this, its 17 days domestic total has become 108.26 crores. Monday is a holiday and also banks are closed, so the movie can get better response.
