Box Office: Baahubali 2 15th Day Collection, Enters in 400 Cr Club with it’s Hindi version

Even after 2 weeks of release, Baahubali 2 is refusing to slow down at box office and dominating new releases with no mercy. On the 3rd Friday, it’s Hindi version got way better start than the new Hindi offerings – Meri Pyaari Bindu and Sarkar 3.

On 15th day, SS Rajamouli’s directorial Baahubali 2 recorded around 20% of fall in footfalls than Thursday and collected the amount of 18.50 crores including 10.05 crores of Hindi version and 8.45 crores of Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam versions.

So far, this epic action drama has done the business of 800 crores in last 2 weeks domestically. In the opening week, it received overwhelmed response from everyone across the country and did the business of 534 crores, with 247 crores of Hindi and 287 crores of Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam versions from 6500 screens.

Then in the second week too, it remained super strong and minted the amount of 266 crores, including 143.25 crores from Hindi and 122.75 crores from Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam screens.

The movie has now emerged as the biggest grosser of all time at domestic as well as worldwide box office. With it’s Hindi version alone, it has surpassed the lifetime record of Aamir Khan’s Dangal (387.38 crores) on domestic box office.

After the 15th day, total domestic collection of Baahubali 2 has become 818.50 crores with 400.30 crores of Hindi and 418.20 crores of Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam. With this, Prabhas starrer entered in 400 crore club with it’s Hindi version alone in just 15 days of release.

From overseas market too, sequel to 2015’s Baahubali has done impressive gross business of approx. 235 crores on it’s 3rd Friday. With 1092.12 crores gross collection from India, 15 days worldwide gross total of Baahubali 2 raised to 1327.12 crores.
