Box Office: Badrinath Ki Dulhania 5th Day Collection, Varun-Alia Starrer Crosses 62 Cr Total in India

5 Days Total Collection of Badrinath Ki Dulhania Domestically

Director Shashank Khaitan’s latest romantic comedy Badrinath Ki Dulhania is doing very well on box office across the country as well as overseas. Being year’s highly awaited movie, Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt starrer has been released with huge excitement of their fans and as expected witnessed favorable response of audience globally.

With their mind blowing performances and beautiful chemistry on screen, Varun and Alia have impressed all the viewers and are being praised by everyone. From the critics also, the movie has received positive reviews and gained good word of mouth. As a result of which, it is getting excellent response on box office.

In the opening weekend, Badrinath Ki Dulhania reported good occupancy throughout and did the impressive business of 43.05 crores from more than 3000 screens in India. The weekend total was including 12.25 crores of Friday, 14.75 crores of Saturday and 16.05 crores of Sunday. It is the fourth highest opening weekend business of the year so far after Raees, Kaabil and Jolly LLB 2.

Not only from India but at international market also, the movie is doing quite good and raked the business of 18.71 crores from there in first 3 days of release, which is year’s second highest opening weekend business in overseas so far after Raees. Now Karan Johar’s Badrinath Ki Dulhania is running in weekdays and still heading steadily.

On Monday due to holiday of Holi festival, it faced only around 25% of drop than Sunday and added the solid amount of 12.08 crores to its account. On the next day i.e. Tuesday due to normal working day, Badrinath Ki Dulhania minted the amount of 7.52 crores with 38% of drop than previous day and made it’s 5 days domestic total as 62.65 crores.
