Box Office: Befikre 11th Day Collection, Crosses 56 Cr Total till 2nd Monday Domestically

11 Days Total Collection of Ranveer Singh’s Befikre

Last week released Aditya Chopra’s directorial romantic drama Befikre has already surpassed the lifetime total of R.Balki’s Ki & Ka (52.31 crores) and eyeing towards Ashutosh Gowariker’s Mohenjo Daro (58 crores). But still the movie has not recovered its budget which is 70 crores and also received mixed reviews from critics as well as audience. This shows, that Ranveer Singh and Vaani Kapoor’s latest offering got failed to impress audience completely.

Backed by big banner Yash Raj Films, Befikre was released with wide scale promotions and was expected to perform better on box office. Although it took strong start in the opening weekend but slowed down abruptly from weekdays. Despite the entertaining performance of Ranveer, most of the critics have not found it worthy.

Ranveer starrer started its journey on a strong note but did overall decent business of 48.75 crores in the opening week, including 34.43 crores of weekend and 14.32 crores of weekdays. It could register higher if kept maintained a steady pace through out. The movie is now running in its second week and minted the amount of 6.79 crores in the weekend, including 1.68 crore of Friday, 2.27 crores of Saturday and 2.84 crores of Sunday opposite to Wajah Tum Ho.

Now once again Befikre is in weekdays and asusual started getting lesser audience in theaters than before. On its 2nd Monday, it reported almost 37% of drop than last Friday and collected the amount of 1.06 crore, which has made its 11 days total collection as 56.60 crores on domestic box office. The movie is expected to dominate Mohenjo Daro by this week.
