Box Office: Befikre 6th Day Collection, Business Graph Falls Abruptly

6 Days Total Collection of Ranveer-Vaani’s Befikre

Yash Raj Films’ very much hyped latest movie Befikre had registered good opening on box office in the weekend across the country as well as international market. But in weekdays, it is getting lesser response than expectations and its business graph is falling abruptly. While previous releases like Dear Zindagi and Kahaani 2 are heading almost unaffectedly.

Although due to weak story, the movie has not received much positive reviews from critics but most of the youth audience reacted in favor of Befikre. This was why, the movie was expected to perform atleast decently in weekdays. But in actual, it got failed and loosing its hold over audience within the first week, which is not a good sign.

In the opening weekend, Befikre recorded more than 50% of occupancy through out and did the fair business of 34.43 crores on 2100 screens across India. This included 10.36 crores of Friday, 11.60 crores of Saturday and 12.47 crores of Sunday. In overseas also, the movie had reported quite good business in the weekend and raked 12.48 crores.

Now Aditya Chopra’s directorial is running in weekdays and facing heavy drops in its business. On Monday, it faced almost 50% of decline than Friday and minted the amount of 5.20 crores. With further drop, it added the amount of 3.59 crores on Tuesday. On the next day i.e. Wednesday, Befikre minted the amount of 3.02 crores with more drop and made its 6 days total as 46.24 crores on domestic box office.
