The highly awaited Hindi movie Dangal is all set to end the dry spell of box office. After the demonetization of ₹500 & ₹1000 currency notes, there was a financial crisis in the country. Due to which movies were able to perform well but now the conditions are little better and also superstar Aamir Khan’s this new offering has enormous hype among audience, so it is positively expected to take box office by storm and to emerge as second highest opener of the year after Salman Khan’s Sultan.
Reportedly Dangal is being released on 4300 screens across the country and has recorded strong advance booking. Also after the special screenings, it has started getting super positive reviews from critics as well as celebrities. These enthusiastic reactions have boosted the excitement of fans and made it hard for them to wait till 23rd of December. With such immense craze and wide number of screens, it won’t be surprising if the movie starts with 26-27 crores of opening business on domestic box office.

PK raked the amount of 26.63 crores as its opening business and it was the first Indian movie to enter in 300 crore club domestically. Infact 250 crore club too, was first unlocked by him with his action thriller Dhoom 3, which had taken the opening of 36.22 crores and minted 284.27 crores in its lifetime.
