Box Office: Dangal 21st Day Collection, Earns Near 360 Cr Total in 3 Weeks

21 Days Total Collection of Aamir Khan’s Dangal

Three weeks ago released, superstar Aamir Khan’s recent offering Dangal still heading with much hold over audience. The movie has already become the biggest grosser of all time in Bollywood and now aiming to set the highest benchmark as much as it can. Due to its very inspiring story and brilliant performances by the lead actors, it has impressed all the viewers as well as critics and flying high on buzz.

Dangal had witnessed phenomenal response at box office in the opening week through out and did the business of 197.54 crores, that included 107.01 crores of weekend and 90.53 crores of weekdays. In the second week too, the movie remained excellent and scored 115.96 crores with 73.70 crores of weekend and 42.26 crores of weekdays. Then in its third week, it recorded some drops but still showed strong performance.

In the third weekend, this sports biopic raked the business of 31.79 crores, including 6.66 crores of Friday, 10.80 crores of Saturday and 14.33 crores of Sunday. In weekdays, as usual it got lesser audience in theaters than before but managed to add decent figures to its account. On Monday, the movie faced almost 35% of drop than last Friday and minted 4.35 crores. With further declination, it collected 4.03 crores on Tuesday and 3.21 crores on Wednesday.

On the last day of week i.e. Thursday, Dangal reported little more drop and done the business of 2.97 crores, which has made its 3 weeks total collection as 359.85 crores on domestic box office. Now from the new week, it will has new awaited Hindi offering, Aditya Roy Kapur – Shraddha Kapoor starrer OK Jaanu along with Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s Haraamkhor.
