Box Office: Dangal 27th Day Collection, Earns Near 374 Cr Total till its 4th Wednesday

27 Days Total Collection of Aamir Khan’s Dangal

Immensely awaited Hindi movie of the year 2016, Dangal is now about to complete its 4 weeks on box office. The movie is positively expected to touch the mark of 375 crores domestically by the end of its forth week, which is not easy record to break. Nitesh Tiwari’s directorial has impressed all the viewers and received very positive reviews from critics as well as moviegoers.

Dangal 27th Day Box Office Collection

As expected superstar Aamir Khan’s recent offering Dangal started its box office journey on an exceptional note and did the whopping business of 197.54 crores in the opening week, which included 107.01 crores of weekend and 90.53 crores of weekdays. In the second week too, the movie remained very strong and registered the business of 115.96 crores with 73.70 crores of weekend and 42.26 crores of weekdays.

From the third week, this sports biopic started witnessing little slow pace but still managed to collect good amount of 46.35 crores, including 31.79 crores of weekend and 14.65 crores of weekdays. Now the movie is running in its fourth week and successfully cashed this weekend too. With decent jump in the occupancy, it added the amount of 10.24 crores (Fri 1.94cr, Sat 4.06cr, Sun 4.24cr) to its account.

After 24 days of release, total collection of Dangal was recorded as 359.85 crores on domestic box office. Now once again, it is in weekdays and getting lesser audience due to normal working days. On Monday the movie faced 30% of drop than Friday and scored 1.37 crore. With further declination, it minted 1.27 crores on Tuesday and 1.16 crore on the next day i.e. Wednesday. This has made its 27 days domestic total as 373.89 crores.
