Expected Opening of Dear Zindagi & Saansein- The Last Breath

Dear Zindagi, an Indian drama movie is being released this week with good number of screens worldwide. It features superstar Shahrukh Khan & Alia Bhatt in lead roles, and has good hype among fans. Undoubtedly the movie has made everyone interested toward itself with teasers & music. Still the buzz doesn’t match with the level, that SRK’s movies usually have but we can expect good results with it.

After the decision of demonetization, box office got freeze due to cash problem in the country. In fact good hyped Rock On 2 marked as disaster because of this situation. But there is a good news, that last week released John Abraham-Sonakshi Sinha’s Force 2 showed little hope with its decent performance. So Gauri Shinde’s directorial can break the dry spell of box office, as it has high star power and also getting positive reviews from critics.

As per the report, Dear Zindagi has registered an average advance booking and expected to receive around 30-40% of occupancy across the country on Friday including single as well as multi-screens cinemas. With such decent occupancy & buzz, it can open with the business of 8-9 crores on domestic box office. Further performance depends on the reaction of audience.

Along with Dear Zindagi, romantic horror Saansein- The Last Breath is also being released which features Sonarika Bhadori, Rajniesh Duggall & Hiten Tejwani. This one doesn’t have much hype among audience but has good music and can attract audience who had gone for Khamoshiyan, 1920 London etc. As per the report, it is expected to rake the business of near about 1 crore on the opening day.
