Box Office: Dhruva 5th Day Collection, Ram Charan starrer Holds Well in AP/T

5 Days Total Collection of Ram Charan’s Dhruva

After a terrific opening, recent Telugu offering Dhruva is heading steadily on box office across its dominated regions- Andhra Pradesh & Telangana. Being superstar Ram Charan and Rakul Preet Singh starrer, it was released with immense excitement of fans and received very positive reviews from critics. As expected audience also reacted in its complete favor and showing big thumbs up for it.

Dhruva is an official Telugu remake of 2015’s Tamil movie Thani Oruvan and is directed by one of the most promising Tollywood director Surrender Reddy. As an IPS officer, Ram Charan has given very impactful performance in the movie and is being praised by everyone. With strong word of mouth, this action thriller is getting well in weekdays too.

In the opening weekend, Dhruva recorded excellent occupancy through out and did the business of 21.75 crores from Telugu states AP/T, that was included 10.50 crores of Friday, 5 crores of Saturday and 6.25 crores of Sunday. Now it is running in weekdays and witnessing lesser audience in theaters than before. On Monday, the movie faced 40% of drop than Saturday and added 3 crores to its account.

Then on the next day i.e Tuesday, Dhruva reported more drop and minted the amount of around 2.50 crores* to make its 5 days AP/T total collection as 27.25 crores*. Not only from India but in USA too, it received quite good response and did the business of 6.68 crores from there till Monday. The movie has already grossed more than 50 crores on worldwide box office.
