Box Office: Dhruva 8th Day Collection, Enters in 2nd Week Decently from AP/T

8 Days Total Collection of Surender Reddy’s Dhruva

Tollywood superstar Ram Charan’s recent offering with actress Rakul Preet Singh, Dhruva is running successfully across the Telugu states as well as overseas. Being much hyped, it was released with immense excitement of fans and witnessed overwhelmed response of audience. The actor has given wonderful performance as an IPS officer in the movie and has impressed everyone. Because of high dose of thrill, the movie has received very positive reviews from critics and heading smoothly with strong word of mouth.

In the opening weekend, Dhruva recorded around 80% of occupancy through out on 875 screens of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana and did the business of 21.75 crores, that was included 10.50 crores of Friday, 5 crores of Saturday and 6.25 crores of Sunday. In weekdays, it witnessed lesser audience than before but remained steady and registered the business of 3 crores on Monday, 2.50 crores on Tuesday, 2.05 crores on Wednesday and 1.45 crore on Thursday.

After one week, total collection of Surender Reddy’s directorial was recorded as 30.75 crores on AP/T box office. Not only in India but in USA market too, the movie has showed quite excellent performance in the opening week and reported the business of 7.15 crores.

Now it has entered in the second week and still has enough hold over audience. On its 2nd Friday, Dhruva recorded usual drop as compare to the previous day and added the amount of 1.25 crore to its account, which has made its 8 days total collection as 32 crores from the Telugu states- Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.
