Eighth installment of Hollywood’s one of the most popular franchises Fast And Furious, The Fate Of The Furious has been released on Thursday with full fledged and also had preview shows on Wednesday. As expected the movie has impressed the Indian audience and received favorable response from them across the country.

F. Gary Gray’s directorial this action movie stars Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson, Jason Statham and more popular actors, who has given bravura performances. Due to weak storyline, it got failed to satisfy all the critics, but still most of them have reacted in it’s favor and generated good word of mouth.

On the opening day i.e. Thursday, the movie witnessed impressive footfalls throughout and minted the amount of 9.75 crores nett on Indian box office.

On Friday due to holiday of Good Friday & Ambedkar Jayanti, this American offering recorded fair growth and garnered the business of 11.25 crores from around 1700 screens in India. On the next day i.e Saturday, the movie remained strong and managed to collect the amount of 10.75 crores. With this, it’s 3 days nett total has become 38.04 crores (52.83 crores gross).

The Fate Of The Furious is emerged as the strongest performer of the year among all the Hollywood movies released in India so far. It has successfully dominated the adjacent Hindi offering Begum Jaan but heading with lower rate than it’s previous installment Fast And Furious 7.
