Box Office: Freaky Ali 1st Day Collection, Takes Slow Start across India

First Day Collection of Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s Freaky Ali

This Friday two Hindi offerings have released, one is Baar Baar Dekho and the second is Freaky Ali. Being highly star powered, the first one has taken good start across the country. Whereas Sohail Khan’s directorial Freaky Ali has witnessed positive response of viewers but recorded low occupancy on its opening day.

Sohail Khan has made come back after a long gap and is being praised by everyone for making such entertaining movie. Freaky Ali has received favorable reviews from critics as well as moviegoers. Audience liked it much but their first choice was Baar Baar Dekho.

With its official trailer, Freaky Ali had created good buzz among audience and was expected to take decent start on box office. But despite being promoted by superstar Salman Khan, this sports romantic-comedy has not witnessed much occupancy in theaters.

On the opening day, Freaky Ali started the day on a low occupancy of 10% and reported slight growth from evening shows. As per the report, it has recorded overall occupancy of 15% on 700 screens across the country and added the amount of 2.55 crores.

As per critics, Nawazuddin Siddiqui has once again proved his matchless acting skills and made the movie much entertaining. Ofcourse the opening business is not satisfied as compare to its earlier expectations but audience reactions are positive, so it can take decent jump on Saturday and Sunday to register decent weekend total.
