10 Days Total Collection of Half Girlfriend and Hindi Medium
Last week released, much awaited romantic drama Half Girlfriend passed it’s opening week on a good note and received almost favorable response from audience. On the other hand, Hindi Medium started the journey on an average note but picked up well from the second day due to positive word of mouth and cashed the opening week steadily.
Arjun Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor starrer Half Girlfriend did the business of 49.19 crores from 2500 screens in the first week, that included 32.04 crores in the weekend with almost flat note and 17.15 crores in weekdays. While Irrfan Khan and Saba Qamar starrer Hindi Medium reported 25.21 crores with 12.56 crores in weekend and 12.65 crores in weekdays from 1126 screens.
Now both the movies are running in second week and have newly released much awaited Sachin A Billion Dreams in opposite. In the second weekend, Half Girlfriend faced abrupt drop in it’s footfalls and minted the amount of 6.12 crores, including 1.76 crore of Friday, 2.01 crores of Saturday and 2.35 crores of Sunday. With this, Mohit Suri’s directorial raised it’s 10 days domestic total to 55.31 crores.
While Saket Chaudhary’s directorial Hindi Medium remained steady in the second weekend too and did the good business of 12.14 crores, including 2.82 crores of Friday, 4.21 crores of Saturday and 5.11 crores of Sunday. After 10 days, total collection of the movie recorded as 37.35 crores on domestic box office.
