1 Week Total Collection of Happy Bhag Jayegi

Recent romantic comedy Happy Bhag Jayegi that was released last Friday, completes one week journey on a decent note. The movie successfully enjoyed positive reactions of audience as well as moviegoers and registered decent business in the opening weekend from 1300 screens across the country.

Abhay Deol, Diana Penty, Jimmy Sheirgill, Ali Fazal & Momal Sheikh starrer Happy Bhag Jayegi has received almost positive reviews from critics, which generated positive word of mouth about it and attracted more audience. This is why, it remained decent & steady in weekdays too.

In the opening weekend, Mudassar Aziz’s directorial recorded 20-30% of occupancy and did the business of 10.71 crores on domestic box office. The weekend total included 2.32 crores of Friday, 3.81 crores of Saturday and 4.58 crores of Sunday.

In weekdays due to favorable response from viewers, Happy Bhag Jayegi witnessed decent response. On Monday it faced almost 30% of drop than previous day and raked the business of 1.62 crore. On Tuesday, it recorded almost similar response and minted 1.63 crore.

Then on Wednesday, surprisingly it showed slight rise in its occupancy and minted the amount of 1.82 crore. On the last day of week i.e. Thursday, being holiday on account of Krishna Janmashtami, it started the day on little better note and added the amount of 1.87 crore to its account.

With this total one week collection of Happy Bhag Jayegi has become 17.65 crores on domestic box office. Despite new release A Flying Jatt, it remained steady and expected to do considerable business in the second week.
