The latest release of this week, romantic comedy Hindi film Happy Bhag Jayegi has received almost positive reviews from critics as well as moviegoers. Also most of the audience has reacted in favor, which created positive word of mouth about it. All the favorable reactions attracted more audience toward theaters and resulted in an average opening business of the movie despite slow start.

Being much promoted and presented by big banner Eros, Happy Bhag Jayegi had decent pre-release hype across the country. It features Diana Penty, Abhay Deol, Jimmy Sheirgill, Ali Fazal and Momal Sheikh in lead roles. As per critics, all the actors have performed very well and made the film entertaining despite several flaws.

On the opening day, Mudassar Aziz’s directorial started the day on a low note but after the favorable response of viewers it picked up from evening shows. Last week released Akshay Kumar’s Rustom still ruling on Indian box office and caused much loss to it.

The morning occupancy of Happy Bhag Jayegi on Friday, was recorded as 10% but evening and night shows in multiplexes have witnessed decent. As per the report with almost 20% of occupancy across the country, it minted the opening amount of 2.32 crores. The film is positively expected to get decent rise on Saturday and Sunday.
