Box Office: Jolly LLB 2 26th Day Collection, Earns Near 115 Cr Total in 26 Days of Release

26 Days Total Collection of Akshay Kumar’s Jolly LLB 2

Year’s first offering of superstar Akshay Kumar, Jolly LLB 2 has now become his fourth highest grossing movie so far. With immense excitement of fans, the movie was released last month on 10th and as expected received very favorable response from audience across the country. With positive reviews of critics, it gained strong word of mouth and emerged as Akshay‘s fourth 100 crore club entry in a row.

Fox Star Studios’ this recent presentation has performed excellently in its early weeks and now heading decently opposite to new releases. In the opening, this satirical comedy courtroom-drama witnessed amazing occupancy throughout and did the business of 77.71 crores from around 3500 screens across India. In the second week too, the movie remained strong and managed to score 26.74 crores.

In the third week despite much anticipated Rangoon, Jolly LLB 2 had enough hold over audience and added the decent amount of 8.52 crores to its account. Now the movie is running in its fourth week and had action thriller Commando 2 in opposite. In this week, it garnered the business of total 1.50 crore, which was including 0.35 crore of Friday, 0.53 crore of Saturday and 0.62 crore of Sunday.

After 24 days of release, total collection of Subhash Kapoor’s directorial Jolly LLB 2 was recorded as 114.47 crores. Once again it is weekdays and getting lesser audience in theaters than before. On 4th Monday, the movie faced 29% of drop than Friday and raked the amount of 0.25 crore. On the next day, with little drop it minted the amount of 0.21 crore and made its 26 days domestic total as 114.93 crores.
