Box Office: Kaabil 14th Day Collection, Hrithik starrer Crosses 96 Cr Total in India

Superstar Hrithik Roshan’s drama action-thriller Kaabil has now become the first choice of audience from the second week. The movie was released last week on Wednesday along with superstar Shahrukh Khan’s Raees and witnessed lower response on box office, as the opposite one had higher buzz due to enormous stardom of SRK.

Although Kaabil had received favorable reactions from viewers and positive reviews from most of the critics. But it recorded lesser occupancy in the opening week, as most of the audience got diverted toward Raees. Later with positive word of mouth, it gained hype and as a result heading steadily across the country.

In its 9-days opening week, Sanjay Gupta’s directorial reported overall good occupancy and did the business of 82.18 crores, which was including 67.46 crores of 5-days weekend and 14.72 crores of weekdays. Now the movie is running in the second week and impressively registered higher business than Raees in second weekend.

With impressive growth in its business, Kaabil raked the business of 11.71 crores in its second weekend, which was including 2.51 crores of Friday, 4 crores of Saturday and 5.20 crores of Sunday. After 12 days, total collection of the movie was recorded as 93.89 crores on domestic box office. Now once again it is in weekdays and as usual getting lesser audience than before but still has enough hold.

On 2nd Monday, Rakesh Roshan’s latest venture faced 40% of drop than previous day and managed to add the amount of 1.50 crore to its account. Then on the next day i.e. Tuesday, with further drop Kaabil collected 1.33 crore and made its 14 days domestic total as 96.72 crores.
