Box Office: Kaabil 2nd Day Collection, Witnesses Superb Growth on 26 January (R-Day)

Superstar Hrithik Roshan’s latest offering, the very much awaited Kaabil has been released this Wednesday with immense excitement of fans and as expected received very favorable response from its viewers. The movie had gained huge pre-release hype because of his its trailer and youthful music, as a result it has taken good start on its opening day despite clash with King Khan’s biggie Raees.

Kaabil has received very positive reviews from critics as well as moviegoers, which have generated strong word of mouth about it. They marked it as one of the finest performances of Hrithik so far and appreciated him with open heart. Leading lady Yami Gautam has also received comments for her beautiful presence in the movie.

On the opening day, Sanjay Gupta’s directorial recorded overall 45-50% of occupancy and registered the business of 10.43 crores from 2200 screens across the country. With this it has become the fourth highest opener of Hrithik Roshan‘s career so far after his Bang Bang (27.54 crores), Krrish 3 (25.50 crores) & Agneepath (23 crores).

On the next day i.e. Thursday, being the holiday due to Republic Day and positive word of mouth, Kaabil has reported impressive growth on its second day and minted the amount of 18.67 crores domestically, which has made its 2 days net domestic total as 29.10 crores. Definitely the movie deserves better than this but the clash is hampering its performance.
