Box Office: Kaabil 8th Day Collection, Crosses 78 Cr Total till 2nd Wednesday

8 Days Total Collection of Hrithik Roshan’s Kaabil

After Krrish, now Hrithik Roshan’s recent offering Kaabil is all set to surpass the lifetime total of his 2006’s Dhoom 2 on domestic box office. Due to high initial buzz, the movie was released last Wednesday with immense excitement of fans and got very favorable response from all its viewers across the country.

Audience found Kaabil very intense & beautiful, as a result it is heading smoothly on box office despite the clash with Shahrukh Khan‘s biggie Raees. From critics & Bollywood celebrities as well, the movie has received positive reviews. As per them, the star has performed brilliantly and it can be marked as one of his best performances.

The adjacent release Raees was remained the first choice of audience throughout the 5-days opening weekend, but still Sanjay Gupta’s directorial Kaabil reported good business of 67.46 crores from 2200 screens in India, which had 10.43 crores of Wednesday, 18.67 crores of Thursday, 9.77 crores of Friday, 13.54 crores of Saturday and 15.05 crores of Sunday.

Now the movie is running in weekdays and asusual witnessing lesser audience in theaters than weekend. On Monday, Kaabil faced around 73% of drop than previous day and registered the business of 4.10 crores. Then on Tuesday, with almost similar response it added slightly higher amount of 3.52 crores to its account.

On the next day i.e. Wednesday, Rakesh Roshan’s latest production this drama action-thriller has recorded similar response and minted the amount of 3.50 crores, which has made its 8 days total domestic collection as 78.58 crores. With this, it is all set to emerge as 5th highest grossing movie of Hrithik Roshan‘s career by surpassing Dhoom 2 (81.01 crores) till Thursday.
