Box Office: Kaabil & Raees 26th Day Total Collection across India

26 Days Total Collection of Hrithik’s Kaabil & SRK’s Raees

Superstar Shahrukh khan’s crime action thriller Raees and Hrithik Roshan’s drama action thriller Kaabil has passed their fourth weekend on a very low note, as most of the audience has now diverted toward Akshay Kumar’s recent offering Jolly LLB 2. Both the movies performed excellently in the opening week but faced abrupt fall in occupancy afterward.

Director Rahul Dholakia’s Raees was released with enormous hype among the fans of SRK and audience as well. As expected the movie reported terrific response throughout the 9-days extended first week and did the business of 118.36 crores from Indian screens. With considerable drops, it raked the business of 16.40 crores in the second and only 2.50 crores in the third week.

Now the movie is running in its fourth week and covered the weekend with very low performance. It minted the amount of total 0.10 crore domestically, that includes 0.03 crore of Friday, 0.03 crore of Saturday and 0.04 crore of Sunday. After 26 days, total domestic collection of the movie has become 137.36 crores.

On the other hand, Sanjay Gupta’s directorial Kaabil was also released with immense excitement of fans as well as audience but reported little lower business than the opposite one. It did the business of 82.18 crores in its 9-days extended opening week. From the second week, the movie faced much drop but performed better than Raees comparatively.

Hrithik starrer registered the business of 17.09 crores in second and 3.90 crores in the third week. In the fourth weekend, it scored total 0.36 crore, that includes 0.10 crore of Friday, 0.12 crore of Saturday and 0.14 crore of Sunday. With this, total 26 days domestic collection of Kaabil has become 103.53 crores.
