27 Days Total Collection of Kaabil & Raees
Year’s first big clash between superstar Shahrukh Khan’s Raees and Hrithik Roshan’s Kaabil has come to an end. Both the movies have performed excellently in the opening week but now getting very low response across the country, as most of the audience has diverted toward the new offering of superstar Akshay Kumar, Jolly LLB 2.
Crime action thriller Raees was released with great hype among SRK’s fans as well as audience and as expected registered excellent business of 118.36 crores in its first week. After the opening week, the movie started facing abrupt drops in its business graph and added the amount of 16.40 crores in second and 2.50 crores in the third week.
While the drama action thriller Kaabil was also released with immense excitement of Hrithik’s fans and excellent business of 82.18 crores but lesser than Raees. Afterward it also faced much loss in pace but performed slightly better than the opposite one and raked the business of 17.09 crores in second & 3.90 crores in the third week.
Now the movies are running in the fourth week and as expected crawling on box office. Raees & Kaabil have covered this weekend on a silent note and collected the amount of 0.10 crore (Fri 0.03cr, Sat 0.03cr, Sun 0.04cr) and 0.36 crore (Fri 0.10cr, Sat 0.12cr, Sun 0.14cr) respectively. Once again both are in weekdays and minted 0.03 crore & 0.04 crore respectively on their 4th Monday (27th day of release).
