Box Office: Kabali 1st Day Collection Prediction; Will it Break Baahubali’s Opening Record?

Expected Opening of Rajinikanth starrer Kabali

Pa. Ranjith’s directorial crime action Tamil movie Kabali is releasing on box office this Friday. Being superstar Rajinikanth starrer, the movie has massive buzz among audience and is all set for earth shattering performance. Thalaiva fans are showing immense craze toward the movie, their excitement can be seen on social media and on ticket windows.

Kabali 1st Day Expected Collection

Kabali is releasing in Tamil, Telugu & Hindi with a screen count of 4000 worldwide. Advance booking of the movie has been started from Sunday and witnessing phenomenal across the globe. In South Indian regions, almost all the theaters are declared as houseful for the entire opening weekend before its release. North regions are also reporting impressive response, which will cause loss to Sultan.

Not only in India, but in overseas too the movie is getting amazing response from audience. Reportedly Kabali has already earned more than 200 crores with its satellite, distribution and music rights before the release. With such enormous hype, wide number of screens and promotions, Kabali is positively expected to break the record of 2010’s Enthiran (Robot).

As per the advance stats, Thalaiva’s latest offering is expected to record 95% of occupancy in Tamil Nadu and overall 80-85% across the country. It is all set to take gigantic start on box office and can rake approximately 45 crores on its opening day nationwide as per the prediction report. From Tamil Nadu alone, it can collect near about 20 crores. Collecting around 10 crores from Andhra Pradesh, 10 crores from Kerala plus Karnataka and 5 crores from rest India is not a big deal for it.

Last year, South Indian epic movie Baahubali was released on 4200 screens in four languages (Tamil, Telugu, Hindi & Malayalam) and did the opening business of 50 crores from India only. It won’t be surprising if Kabali breaks the opening record of Baahubali too, as the craze of Rajinikanth starrer among audience is on the seventh sky.
