5 Days Total Collection of Meri Pyaari Bindu, Sarkar 3 and Lahoriye

Among two newly released Hindi films- Meri Pyaari Bindu and Sarkar 3, no one got succeed to impress audience as well as critics completely. Both the offerings have been released with good expectations of fans and moviegoers, but unfortunately disappointed everyone.

Yash Raj Films’ romantic comedy film Meri Pyaari Bindu had generated much buzz with it’s interesting trailer and music, but the films itself got failed to attract audience toward theaters. Along with mixed reviews from critics, Baahubali 2 is one of the major reasons behind this.

In the opening weekend, Ayushman Khurrana and Parineeti Chopra did the low business of 6.50 crores only from 750 screens across the country. On Monday it witnessed abrupt drop in footfalls and minted only 0.85 crore. While as per reports, it’s Tuesday business is recorded as 0.75 crore and 5 days total as 8.10 crores.

On the other hand, Ram Gopal Varma’s directorial political thriller Sarkar 3 got failed to impress audience like it’s previous installments from the franchise. In the opening weekend, it did the business of only 6.65 crores from 1425 screens domestically.

On Monday, Amitabh Bachchan starrer faced 57% of drop than last Friday and raked the business of 0.90 crore. With further drop, it collected the amount of 0.72 crore on Tuesday to make it’s 5 days total 8.27 crores.

While the Amrinder Gill and Sargun Mehta starrer Punjabi romantic drama film Lahoriye is getting favorable response from audience and registered the good business of 6.40 crores in the opening weekend from lesser screens than both new Hindi offerings.

On Monday, it recorded 49% of drop than last Friday and minted the amount of 0.90 crore. On Tuesday with more drop Amberdeep Singh’s directorial garnered the business of 0.75 crore, to make 5 days total 8.05 crores.
