Box Office: Naam Shabana 9th Day Collection, Crosses 30 Cr Total with 2nd Saturday

9 Days Total Collection of Taapsee Pannu’s Naam Shabana

After a decent first week, now Taapsee Pannu’s recent offering Naam Shabana has been entered in the second week and heading on steady note. Due to not much noticeable fresh movies in the new week, results are seem to go in favor of this mystery spy thriller. On 2nd Friday, it reported low business but better than all new Hindi offerings.

With the presence of superstar Akshay Kumar in an extended cameo, Naam Shabana was released with much buzz among fans as well as audience and cashed the opening week decently, because of his stardom. Otherwise the reviews of some critics were not in it’s favor and the business could have been low.

In the opening weekend, Shivam Nair’s directorial reported constant growth and did the business of 18.76 crores, which was including 5.12 crores of Friday, 6.37 crores of Saturday and 7.27 crores of Sunday from 2100 screens across the country.

Then in weekdays, asusual it recorded lesser occupancy but managed to rake the business of total 8.42 crores, with 2.54 crores of Monday, 2.50 crores of Tuesday (Ram Navmi), 1.80 crore of Wednesday and 1.58 crore of Thursday. After the opening week, total domestic collection of Naam Shabana was calculated as 27.18 crores nett.

Now the movie is running in the second weekend and added the amount of 1.07 crore on it’s 2nd Friday with around 32% of drop than previous day. On the next day i.e. Saturday, the prequel of 2015’s Baby minted the amount of 1.88 crore with 75% of growth and made it’s 9 days total collection as 30.13 crores on domestic box office.
