Box Office: Pink 11th Day Collection, Surpasses Lifetime Total of Ki & Ka

11 Days Total Collection of Shoojit Sircar’s Pink

After the excellent opening week, Shoojit Sircar’s recent social thriller movie Pink is continuing its winning stride on box office. Despite fresh releases it is performing unaffectedly and still remained the first choice of audience. With its effective content and profound performance by actors, it has impressed everyone.

Opposite to Emraan Hashmi’s Raaz Reboot, Pink started with a decent note on the opening day. With super positive reviews from critics, it accelerated by good rate and witnessed total growth of 120% till first Sunday. In the opening week, Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury’s directorial minted the amount of total 21.51 crores.

Then in weekdays, due to strong of mouth the movie remained steady and reported the excellent business of 35.91 crores in the first week. Now Pink is running in the second week and leading over all new releases. On second Friday, Pink witnessed almost similar response as previous day and did the business of 3.15 crores.

Then on Saturday being weekend, it showed impressive growth and collected the amount of 5.49 crores. On the last day of weekend i.e. Sunday, the movie reported more growth and raked the business of 6.57 crores. After the second weekend, total collection of Pink was recorded as 51.12 crores on domestic box office and 13.78 crores from overseas market.

Once again, Amitabh Bachchan starrer is in weekdays and getting lesser occupancy than before. On its 2nd Monday, Pink recorded the drop of almost 37% from last Friday and added the amount of 1.98 crore to its account. With this 11 days total domestic collection of the movie has become 53.10 crores and surpassed the lifetime total of Ki & Ka (52.10 crores).
